Aurora Product Studio

A diffusion pipeline that turns a single reference photo into a full campaign set of studio product shots.

Aurora started as an experiment: could a small team replace a two day product shoot with a controlled diffusion pipeline? The answer turned out to be yes, with conditions. A reference photo is segmented, the product is locked with depth and edge control, and only the environment is regenerated. Lighting direction, lens character and shadow softness are exposed as sliders instead of prompt guesswork.
